More about Gameworks:Gameworks was founded in 1997 in Seattle, WA as a combination restaurant and family entertainment gaming center by Dreamworks SKG/Steven Spielberg, Universal Studios, and Skip Paul, GameWorks Chairman & Co-founder. Soon GameWorks spread throughout the United States into 18 locations with multiple international partnerships including SEGA who acquired the company in May 2005.This Gameworks location opened as part of the family-oriented focus of Las Vegas in the 1990s. It seems that every known electronic state-of-the-art game is represented here. From virtual skateboarding to skiing There is a 75-foot-tall climbing rock wall near the entrance and a racing forum in the back that includes Indy 500 and NASCAR race cars and Harley-Davidson motorcycles. For the old school set, there are old school games like Ms. Pac-Man, Centipede, Galaga, Missile Command pinball machines, air hockey and mechanical-bull riding.
