Mondo Las Vegas:

Wee Kirk o' the Heather

226 Las Vegas Blvd. South
(On the Strip | Downtown Scene)

More about Wee Kirk o' the Heather:

Neon sign afficianados often have a soft spot in their hearts for what is called ecclesiastical neon. It's becuase it seems so odd to couple neon with god? But the Wee Kirk is not odd, it's just quaint and charming and wonderful. It is supposedly one of Alan Hess's favorite things in Las Vegas.

The church dates to the early 1940s. the neon starburst was added later.

I recommend saying 'wee kirk o the heather' like an Scottish girl every time you drive by it. It will make you smile.
