This is a hidden treasure of Las Vegas. It was opened in 1988 by brothers Payom and Payam Raouf. Full table service Mediterranean, Middle Eastern, Greek and Moroccan dishes with a fair amount of vegetarian selections. The food is excellent and the décor was well done. It has received many "best of Vegas" type awards.In addition to the traditional dining room, they also have a cool "Hookah Lounge and interior courtyard looking room. The best part of course is that they are open late! Open Mon-Thurs11 am to 1 am; Fri-Sa 11 am to 3 am; Sun 11 am - 5 pm (Hookah Lounge is closed on Sunday)
Definitely take the time to poke around the little market next door. Market is open Mon-Sat 11 am to 8 pm; Closed Sunday. There is a second smaller Paymon's at 8980 Sahara between Buffalo and Durango 702-731-6030
