This is supposedly a replica of the Hofbrauhaus in Munich. Whether it is or not - who cares, just like the Eifel tower at Paris Las Vegas, it's fun fantasy environment. When you walk in - there is a small gift shop and a bar to the left and right respectively and then you enter the 40 foot high ceiling beer hall with its oompah band playing while you eat potato pancakes and applesauce on the long wooden tables.The costumed serving girls are friendly and many speak German and the atmosphere is fun. If you walk to the third back room, you'll do a doubletake because it's made to look like you're in an outdoor beer garden. What a pleasure when it's 100 degrees outside to sit in a cool space under the trees and blue sky.
