This successful chain manages to keep everyone happy with their huge portions, tastey food and delicious desserts. Surprisingly, my favorite dessert at the Cheesecake Factory is NOT cheesecake. They don't always seem to have it on every menu, but if they do - order the baked apple. It's a very old fashioned treat that you rarely see on a menu these days. Very 1940's cuisine. It's a whole apple stuffed with raisens and wrapped in a sugar pie crust and topped with fresh whipped cream.Locations are at Caesar's Palace Forum Shops (towards the very back by the Race for Atlantis fountain) and out in Summerlin. The Summerlin location did not seem to be too well managed when I visited there, so stick to Caesars Palace Forum Shops or the new location in Green Valley (great service there by the way!).
